Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a Board-Certified Human Services Provider with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they work through life’s challenges and move toward healing and connection. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience. Above all, I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
Together with my husband, Kevin, we work with individuals, couples, and families to help them process the pain that can come from relationship challenges or traumatic experiences. Depending on each person’s needs, we meet with clients individually or together to offer the highest level of care and support through life’s ups and downs.
Hey, I’m Kevin. I am a Board-Certified Human Services Provider and earned my Master’s degree in Crisis and Trauma Counseling from Liberty University. I have a deep passion for helping people find healing and hope. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients working through depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Together, we’ll work toward building balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose in your life.
My wife, Stephanie, and I have a heart for helping couples and families heal from the pain that comes with relationship struggles or past hurts. We often meet with individuals on their own and sometimes together as a team, depending on what feels most supportive. Our goal is to create a comfortable, down-to-earth space where people can talk openly, find understanding, and begin to heal through life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Megan. I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Liberty University and am currently working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor (APC). My primary focus is working with children and adolescents, and much of my experience as a school counselor and mental health therapist has been supporting youth navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
I have a deep passion for helping young people build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and find their voice in the challenges they face. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and needs. I often integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients manage emotions, improve communication, and build resilience.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where children and teens feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow—both emotionally and academically. Together, we’ll work toward helping them build stronger self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting confidence in themselves and their future.
